Betsy Earle
Founder & Managing Director
Betsy Earle founded Event Driven Solutions in March of 2010. Prior to the launch of the business, she worked with Electrolux Professional as the Marketing Communications and Events Manager for the United States and Latin America, gaining perspective on the exhibitor side of the marketing and trade show industry. She’s been managing marketing and trade show programs since 2006, and been in the event marketing arena since 2000.
She is one of only approximately thirty Diamond-level Certified Trade Show Marketers (CTSM) through the EXHIBITOR program, an outreach program by Northern Illinois University. She has been teaching with EXHIBITOR Magazine since 2012 and is a columnist for EXHIBITOR Magazine, writing the monthly Exhibiting 101 column since the beginning of 2019.
Betsy graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2003 with her Bachelor of the Arts in Spanish and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. During this program, she managed large scale concerts including Bob Dylan, No Doubt, and Shaggy. She completed her Masters in Business Administration at the University of Miami with concentrations in marketing and statistics. During the Masters program, she worked with The HEAT Group in event marketing for the Miami HEAT and concerts including Madonna and the Latin Grammys.
Betsy also has her Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, through the Goldman Sachs 10KSB program, as well as her Certificate in Residential Interior Design from the University of Central Florida.
Lynnette McNeil is our Client Services Coordinator. Her work and experience in administration and leadership made her a timely asset to EDS as we are growing and expanding. Through active client acquisition and support, Lynnette is helping to support new clients, from marketing tools specific to clients' growth needs to trade show project management. Lynnette graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in journalism and English. In 2007, she earned her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration. With her experience in writing, facilities/staff management, and public relations, Lynnette is highly equipped to guide and support our clients in growing their businesses.

Introducing Marita, our highly skilled Onsite Event Supervisor, showcasing a wealth of expertise in corporate event execution and project management. Providing seamless support from booth installation to dismantle, she delivers a flawless client experience. With her swift and effective implementation of onsite solutions, Marita ensures every exhibit shines. She holds a degree in Computer Graphic Arts and Marketing from Incarnate Word University, class of 2004.

Charlie Dumo is a dynamic Marketing Specialist and current student at The Ohio State University. Charlie brings a fresh and innovative approach to our strategies, extending beyond traditional marketing to include website design and the management of a new inventory system for all trade show equipment. His entrepreneurial spirit is showcased through his own business, Charlie’s Crunch, which has equipped him with a unique perspective on brand development and client engagement. His multifaceted skill set not only enhances our digital presence but also strengthens our project management capabilities, ensuring that each client’s needs are met with precision and creativity. With Charlie’s diverse talents and proactive approach, he plays a crucial role in supporting and growing our client relationships.
